A little help, when you need it.

Open the web workspace and enter your email. Use the code from your inbox. On your phone, share a link to Remmly or tap + to write a note, record or attach a file.

It stays in All saves. Use Unsorted to find saves that belong to no collection. Removing a collection or a membership is different from deleting the saved item itself.

Processing needs a connection. Some platforms restrict downloads or require sign-in. Open the save for its status and retry action. If the source remains unavailable, attach a copy you are allowed to use. Remmly cannot recover a removed video.

Allow microphone access. Tap the microphone to start and stop, then review the transcription before sending. If no speech appears, check the microphone permission and connection, or type instead.

Sync Remmly on your phone and allow notifications in system settings. Reminders are scheduled on that phone; battery restrictions may delay delivery. An uncertain date stays in Upcoming for review.

The phone can keep captures locally until it reconnects. Cloud sync, processing and Ask need a connection. The browser workspace currently needs a connection.

Anyone who has it. Share only content you intend to make available. You can include or exclude original files, update the published content and revoke the link from the saved item. Existing downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Open Your profile, choose Change email, and confirm codes from both the current and new inboxes. Your account and saves stay together. Self-hosted owner-only servers manage the account address on the server.

Choose email sign-in. Once signed in, open your profile to remove the lost passkey and add another. Never share email codes with another person.

Export your notes and metadata from your profile and download original files from their saved items. Account deletion requires a fresh email code. Other offline devices must remove their local copies too.
